TIMELINE & PROCEDURE
Tagines are not mass produced as they are handmade! We import limited quantites as they become available at the source. Please allow 2-4 weeks for all products in stock to be delivered. Keep an eye on the message board as sometimes we announce longer delays in shipping.

DOMESTIC - Only $7.95 per item
Pay only $7.95 per item ground shipping on all orders placed at Tagines.com unless stated otherwise. This is available to all mailing addresses (we do not ship to P.O. Boxes) within the continental United States. Should you require a method that is faster than regular ground service, please choose UPS as the shipping method and select your method accordingly.

ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, OTHER TERRITORIES & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Subject to extra shipping cost as needed and expect delays in shipping as we have to walk your order to the Post Office instead of a scheduled daily carrier pickup. Please submit your order as is by choosing the $5.95 Flat fee. We will then send you a shipping quote for approval. Once approved, we will ship using US Mail or any other economically sound method. Without your approval, your credit card will not be charged and your order cannot be processed. For liability purposes, approvals have to be written (by email) and cannot be called in by phone.

International orders, please understand that your government may charge you customs duties that are beyond our control and are not included in our price. Customs duties are the customers responsibility as they are taxes charged by your government.

METHOD
Unless otherwise requested we ship U via UPS ground service. Sometimes we elect to use the U.S. Postal Service at our discretion.

It is no secret that e-commerce is still in its embryonic stage. We realize that not everyone is comfortable purchasing items online, especially items where the feel, smell, and the up-close examination of the objects are critical parts of the purchase process. No problem! TAGINES.COM is committed to achieving total customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply initiate a return request within 7 days of receipt in original condition for a refund of the purchase price less the shipping cost.

We are committed to your satisfaction. In the event that you need to return any merchandise, please email or call us to get an authorization. We will be very happy to help you with the exchange or return. You can contact us by via phone, email, or fax. DO NOT return any merchandise without a return authorization.

Once we receive the return, we will credit your account in full less the incurred shipping and handling fees.

Please note: If an item is damaged in transit, the incorrect item is sent to you, we will refund the full purchase price of the item and assume the return shipping cost as well.

Due to the nature of hand made products, dimensions, details and/or colors represented in our catalog may vary slightly. Natural variations in products are not considered damages or defects.

CLAIMS
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Any damages should first be reported to the carrier and then to us via voice, email, or fax. DO NOT return any merchandise to us without a return authorization. Any unauthorized returns will incur a 15% restock fee.

IMPORTANT: Due to strict shipping and claim handling policies, damaged product claims will only be accepted and honored within 7 days of receipt of order. This is strictly enforced.
