Our preferred unglazed tagine of Northern Morocco and Southern Spain. This particular tagine is not turned, it is hand-shaped into its form, hence, the uneven and asymetrical shape which is typical. This vessel makes a great cooking outcome with a desired earthy flavor (think mushrooms).
This tagine can be used on stove top (on low heat) as well as in the oven (up to 350F).

Apply olive oil generously when seasoning this tagine as it mysteriously makes a difference in flavor and adds to its strength!
